6570.100 - Recreate Intercompany Billing Documents

Purpose

---

If an intercompany invoice needs to be cancelled, and then recreated, program RVIVAUFT needs to be executed. Currently, this can only occur through transactions SA38 and SE38. For the business, we will be updating the configuration for output type RDIV so that the business can re-trigger the intercompany document without running program RVIVAUFT.

The RDiV output shouldn't trigger automatically while recreating the ICO billing document in the Credit/debit memo documents.The user should find enough time to issue the output manually when ever there are any changes in the Debit/credit memo documents.

The configuration for the RDIV billing output should be changed allowing the user to retrigger the output manually in the credit/debit memo documents and thus able to create the ICO billing document in VF31.

Recreate ICO document in VF31 5. Create IVS-1 in VF11 6.Issue RDIV output manually in the L2 document 7.Create IVA -2 in VF31.	The RDIV output that is issued manually in the L2 document should trigger the creation of ICO document in VF31.

In the configuration of RDIV output the option, "Cannot be Changed" has been unflagged to enable manual editing of output and recreate ICO documents.
